This two-day tour gives you the opportunity to visit three places at once – the Charyn Canyon, Lake Kolsai and Lake Kaindy.

Charyn Canyon - the younger brother of the Grand Canyon, was formed in the Paleogene era, as a result of a break in the earth's crust. Located in the spurs of the Tien Shan, 240 km from the city of Almaty. The Charyn Canyon is over 12 million years old, its length is 154 km along the Charyn River, and the length of the river is 360 km. The most popular place among tourists is the valley of castles, its sheer cliffs, the height of which reaches from 150 to 300m, fascinate everyone who visits this place.

Kolsai lakes - includes 3 lakes Kolsai 1 (Saty) - 1000m, Kolsai 2 (Mynzhygly) - 2500m, Kolsai 3 (Upper Kolsai) -2700m above sea level. They are located in the Northern Tien Shan in the Kolsai gorge, which connects the Kungei Alatau and Zailiysky Alatau ridges. It is located 330 km from the city of Almaty and only 10 km north of the border with neighboring Kyrgyzstan. The lake is surrounded by mountains, which are covered with coniferous forests of the Tien Shan spruce. The depth in some places reaches 80m, the water temperature does not exceed 10 degrees in the hot season. Rainbow trout is found in Kolsai Lake.

Lake Kaindy - Not far from the lake there is a birch grove, in honor of which this lake is named Beryozov. Lake Kaindy was formed in 1911 after the Kemin earthquake, but it acquired its present appearance only at the end of the 80s of the last century, after a strong flood. The 400m long lake is located among the coniferous forest in one of the Kungei Alatau gorges at an altitude of 1667m above sea level. The depth of the lake reaches 30m. A feature of Lake Kaindy is the flooded fir trees, and the low water temperature in the lake gives the fir trees the opportunity to retain their original appearance to our time.
